Appearance Agreement
Your requested time and date is not guaranteed to be available until confirmation is given by the Mascot Coordinator. You will be contacted by Blaise Stenson (Mascot Coordinator) to finalize your appearance with BERNIE. After your request is confirmed, you will be expected to pay for the appearance in full by the day of the event. If payment has not been received or a payment agreement has not been made, BERNIE will not complete the appearance. By submitting your request, you consent to Kroenke Sports & Entertainment charging your card for the full appearance fee once we approve and confirm your requested appearance. No refunds will be made except as described below. If, for any reason, BERNIE must cancel or does not show up, you owe nothing and will receive a return of any monies you have already paid. If you no longer need BERNIE to perform and you notify Blaise Stenson (Mascot coordinator) of such, you will owe $50.00. If, however, BERNIE shows up and is ready to appear, and you no longer want his services, you will be responsible for the full contract appearance price. Nothing herein permits you to publicize the appearance or otherwise use any service marks, logos, trademarks, word marks, symbols, emblems, uniforms, designs, indicia and other source identifiers of the Colorado Avalanche (including but not limited to references to or images of BERNIE) absent our express written authorization. Any authorized use will be subject to our review and written approval of the materials you submit to us. For the safety of BERNIE, if your appearance is scheduled for longer than 30 minutes, BERNIE is allowed to take one or more short breaks. The length and frequency of the breaks will be determined by BERNIE during your event. This, together with your request form and, if applicable, our confirmation of your request, is the full and complete agreement between you and us concerning your BERNIE appearance request.
